This section comprises survey forms which are REQUIRED be filled out by our APPROVED Workshop Trainers and Participants.

Survey helps us gather all necessary feedback relating to the Intel Teach to the Future program from both our workshop trainers and participants in order to help us better evaluate and improve the program on an on-going basis.

As part of our international survey, the following are forms required to be filled out and submitted on-line to i-EduWeb.com upon completion of each workshop:

• CF09 - Teacher's Feedback (by Participant: PT)
• CF10 - Trainer's Feedback (by Trainer: KT or MF)
• CF11 - Classroom Connectivity Survey (by Trainer: KT or MF)
• CF12 - Training Evaluation Form (by MF or PT)
